The estate Il Podere di Toscana is a little jewel nestled in the unspoiled hills of Pistoia, medieval city , placed in the North of Tuscany and located about 30km. west – north Florence.

The resort is a small hamlet formed by three adjoining buildings surrounded by 6 hectares of delightful well tended  land with walking footpaths, flourished Mediterranean garden and a suggestive spot of vegetable garden featuring magnificent bushes of roses, that create a perfect backdrop to the private villa and its charming swimming pool.

Particular care has been done taking into consideration the environment and the energy saving aspects, by installing a big solar panel plant.

A place where you can learn the secrets of gardening, relish the aroma of thousand aromatic plants blooming all year round, learn by individual course the rhythm of nature and its care.

Moreover, the good location of the villa offers a wide range of visits to historical cities, excursions to the sea with walks or biking along the elegant Versilia promenade in Liberty Style or in its famous pinewood and take also the chance to join a gastronomic tour devoted to the wine tasting combined with savory Tuscan dishes.

Where We are

Pistoia, completely surrounded by a magnificent territory, is a beautiful city that gives all those who love art and tradition, the mixture of styles, Romanesque and Gothic
Streets full of churches, monasteries, palaces and monuments dating back to the Middle Ages containing one of the most beautiful squares in Italy: this is the Piazza del Duomo, completely restored and the Cathedral, which was rebuilt between the X and XII century. The city of Pistoia organizes numerous events in July that it is customary to call the ” Luglio Pistoiese ” taking place, among others, the International Blues Festival and the “Joust of the Bear”, a reenactment of a medieval tournament.
Local and typical restaurants in the historical center, offering traditional dishes with an excellent selection of wines.
